Tourism Dirham will be additional AED 15 per bedroom per night for Hotel rooms to be paid by the guest upon check in.

MEAL PLAN
HB/FB is based on Food & Beverage and will be served in M One or M Two outlets.
HB/ FB cannot be booked for individual days only (unless arrival/departure time does not allow consuming the HB/FB. In
this case, one night can be booked on BB basis).

HOTEL CHILD POLICY
Child from 0 to 5.99 years old sharing parent's existing bedding will be free of charge as per parent’s meal plan booked.
Two (02) children from 5.99 to 11.99 years old re allowed on parents existing Children from 5.99 to 11.99 years old will be charged 50% of parent's meal plan supplement.
Baby cot will be offered on complimentary basis (Subject to availability).
Children from 12 years old & above will be treated as adults when sharing parent’s room, therefore one adult and one
child above 12 years old is considered double occupancy.

HOTEL CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES

Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs.Guests arriving between 12:00 hrs and 14:00hrs can be accomodated without additional vharge subject to availivility and as rooms become available.We can store their luggage until such time the room is available.

• Arrivals before  12:00hrs should be booked and paid from the previous nighjt for guaranteed check-in upon arrival.
• Hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon. Rooms used from 12:00p.m. to 6.00 p.m on the day of departure will be charged at the full contract rate.
• For early check-in or late check-out that is paid by the hotel gueat and not covered by the tour Operator's voucher, the best available rate of the day will be applicable and should be paid directly by the guest securing rate confidentiality.

Half Board meal restriction over Festive periods:

In Half Board packages, lunch or dinner can be availed.On 24th December 2024 and 31st December 2024 only lunch will be offered as part of package. On 25th December 2024 only dinner will be pffered as part of package.
